This is to inform anyone interested in the American involvement in France in the Great War that an exhibition about one of the biggest camps established by the Americans in France to supply their troops is on at the Musée de Sologne in Romorantin (in the Centre of France, South of Blois). It covered 12 square miles.
Many souvenirs from soldiers have been collected, and even more are coming. The General Intermediate Supply Depot in Gievres occupied 12,000 people.
 
This exhibition will run until the 30th November and is worth a visit. Open every day except Tuesday, and closed on the 1st May.
