Such a list doesn't exist. Can you tell us more about what you are looking for ? Maybe somebody could help you.
Best regards,

My grandfather, Gustave Jacquot, was awarded the Croix de guerre during the first world war and I am trying to find out the circumstances behind the award.

It could be filed in the service record but it is not sure. This records called "Registre Matricule " are filed at the area record center (Archives Departementales) in the area where they lived when they was 20 years old.

Auguste and Gustave JACQUOT was born in Beaume les Dames (Doubs) France. I have requested the  Besanson file center for you

Unfortunately, they didn't yet reply via e-mail.

Good evening Irene,
Such research would be made easier if you had any hint to give us about the unit he served with during the war (or at least the one he was serving with ath the time he was awarded the Croix de guerre).

Best regards,
Eric Mansuy

Irene is searching informations about 2 soldiers. I summarize

Her grandfather, Gustave Jacquot who was born at Baume-les-Dames on May 22, 1896. He came to Canada on July 9, 1914, and returned to France on January 1, 1915 to join the 109th infantry regiment at Chaumont, Haute Marne. I left for the front with the 152nd regiment. He was transferred to the 352nd infantry regiment in 1917.

and his brother, Auguste, was born at Baume-les-Dames, Doubs, on July 31, 1894. He died for France on July 14, 1916 d

I hope you may assist Irene

Hello Armand,

My girlfriend went to the "Archive Departemental du Doubs" in Besançon, but August and Gustave are not there.

So we plan to go to Vesoul because we find the file of Auguste on the Website "Memoire des Hommes" and the town where he was recruted was Vesoul.

So, let the story continue....

I hope new news for Irene

Hi all,

Today Irene received the records for her uncle Auguste (MPF in 1915)  from the "Archives Départementales de Haute Saône".
But Gustave is still lost somewhere in France.

Guillaume
